SHIPPING TIMES
Everyday shipping is normally 1-4 business days. 
Holiday Shipping has an extended fulfillment time due to the increased volume of orders received. Please allow for this when ordering.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Delivery time will depend on destination and shipping method selected.

SALES SHIPPING TIMES:
Due to increased volume of orders during promotional sales, extended shipping times are applicable. Please always check the front page of our website for a more accurate shipping timeframe.  We work on shipping your orders out as quickly as humanly possible. 

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs will vary depending on weight of package and which zone your shipping address is located in. We do not profit from shipping. In fact, a lot of the shipping costs are paid by us. Our costs are dictated by the shipping carrier. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. (Excluding Wholesale orders)

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories are not eligible for free shipping. There is a $5 surcharge on orders over $100. Unfortunately, USPS rates have skyrocketed and we're no longer able to offer discounted shipping rates to these territories.  

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We currently ship retail orders via UPS and USPS.  
Packages shipped to Guam or APO/FPO addresses may incur additional costs that are not calculated by the shopping cart. In that case we will contact you with additional postage charges. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees.

LOST, REROUTED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shescentit will not be responsible for lost (after delivery), rerouted or stolen packages therefore no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that the ship to address is correct. Mistakes can happen so it's very important to provide us with the correct address. We're not liable for packages sent to the wrong address because of an incorrect address. No refunds will be issued if such a situation occurs.

PLEASE READ THIS PART CARFEFULLY

If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.   Please have the tracking information on hand when calling.

We will assist you in the process but please note that dealing directly with the shipping carrier is a better option as we only have the same information that is available to you. If they are unable to track your package, please contact us within 4 business days of the delivery date for assistance. There is a time limit on tracking of packages. 

If your package is lost in transit, please DO NOT FILE A CLAIM before contacting us. We will handle that part and either reship or refund you.  If you file a claim with UPS or USPS, regrettably, we're unable to be of any help as the claim is already filed.  

Please make sure that you have a safe place for your packages to be delivered to. You can have it delivered to a friend or relative's house who may be at home. We are not responsible if someone steals a package that was delivered to your door.

If your package was marked as delivered, we're unable to reship or refund you for it. Please contact your shipping carrier and see if it's possible to file a claim with them.

RETURNED PACKAGES
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be re-shipped unless the customer pays for shipping. If you desire a refund instead, we will refund you minus the actual shipping fees charged by the shipping company. Please note, if you benefited from free shipping when you placed your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your order subtotal. There is also a $5 restocking fee on returned packages. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This information can also be found if you visit your account. You can track it directly from your account or you can visit the USPS or UPS website and enter your tracking information.
Please be aware that USPS tracking information is not always accurate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ( Temporarily suspended until further notice)
Live overseas and want to purchase our products? Now you can order directly through our shopping cart. There is a flat rate fee. All excess fees will be refunded to the customer after you order has been processed. The  International flat fee is $60. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your package. International order fees totaling more than $60 will be invoiced for the additional cost.

We ship to most countries. The customer is responsible for all duty, taxes and tariffs incurred during shipping. If your package is seized by customs, Shescentit is not responsible and no refund will be provided. Please research your country's shipping rules before purchasing from us.

Shipping fees are calculated via real time shipping by weight and zone.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We currently ship wholesale orders via UPS and FEDEX. We determine which is the most economical option at the time of shipment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
