HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders placed on 12/21 - 12/28 before noon ships on 12/28
Orders placed on 12/28 after noon ship on 1/3 - 1/5

Everyday shipping is currently 1-3 business day.
Holiday Shipping can take up to 20 business due to the large volume of orders received. Please allow for this when ordering.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Delivery time will depend on destination and shipping method selected.
Please note that selecting priority shipping does not mean that your order will be filled any faster. It only means that the time it takes from the time it is shipped to the time you receive it is expedited.
Priority shipping is 1-3 business days
We ship orders daily Monday to Friday. No orders are shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Orders must be placed by 12 noon in order to benefit from same day shipping.
Live overseas and want to purchase our products? Now you can order directly through our shopping cart. There is a flat rate fee. All excess fees will be refunded to the customer after you order has been processed. The International flat fee is $50. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your package. International order fees totaling more than $50 will be invoiced for the additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs will vary depending on weight of package and which zone your shipping address is located in. We do not profit from shipping. In fact, a lot of the shipping costs are paid by us. Our costs are dictated by the USPS.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $60 within the contiguous United States. (Excluding Wholesale orders)
We currently ship retail orders via USPS.
Packages shipped to Guam or APO/FPO addresses may inquire additional costs that are not calculated by the shopping cart. In that case we will contact you with additional postage charges. Pacakges shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees.
LOST, REROUTED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shescentit will not be responsible for lost, rerouted or stolen packages therefore no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that the ship to address is correct. Mistakes can happen so it's very important to provide us with the correct address. We're not liable for packages sent to the wrong address because of an error on your part. No refunds will be issued if such a situation occurs. If your package is lost, please contact the USPS. Please have the tracking information on hand when calling. We will assist you in the process but please note that dealing directly with the USPS is a better option as we only have the same information available to you.
Please make sure that you have a safe place for your packages to be delivered to. You can have it delivered to a friend or relative's house who may be at home. We are not responsible if someone steals a package that was delivered to your door.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This information can also be found if you visit your account. You can track it directly from your account or you can visit the USPS website and enter your tracking information.
Please be aware that USPS tracking information is not always accurate.
Shipping fees are calculated via real time shipping by weight and zone.
We currently ship orders via USPS and UPS. We determine which is the most economical option at the time of shipment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
