How soon will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your orders to be shipped. Because products are made fresh, in small batches, there can be a delay if products are back ordered.

Holiday Shipping can take up to 20 business days to be shipped. Please allow for this when ordering.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Delivery time will depend on destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that selecting priority shipping does not mean that your order will be filled any faster. It only means that the time it takes from the time it is shipped to the time you receive it is expedited.

International shipping

Live overseas and want to purchase our products? Now you can order directly through our shopping cart. There is a flat rate fee. All excess fees will be refunded to the customer after you order has been processed.



What are my shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated by the shopping cart at the time you place your order. The cost of shipping can vary.

The cost for an International flat fee is $40. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your package.

Who is our shipping carrier? We currently ship via USPS.

Packages shipped to Guam or APO/FPO addresses may inquire additional costs that are not calculated by the shopping cart. In that case we will contact you with additional postage charges.

What if my package is lost, rerouted or stolen?

We strongly suggest that you purchase shipping insurance to protect yourself from lost or rerouted packages. Shescentit.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages therefore no refunds will be issued.

The option to purchase insurance will be available upon checkout.

We will give you all the information to take up an insurance claim with the Post office in the case that your packages are lost . We will assist you in the process but please note that these things take time.

Please make sure that you have a safe place for your packages to be delivered to. You can have it delivered to a friend or relative's house who may be at home. We are not responsible if someone steals a package that was delivered to your door.

Tracking your Package

Shipping labels are directly printed by Paypal to ensure that your address is correct. When an order is shipped to you, an Email will automatically be sent to you by Paypal, with your tracking number. You can use this email to track your package at any time. If you haven't received this email, it's more than likely that it went into your bulk mail folder. You can contact us for information on your status if you haven't received this email.

You can also check the order status by visiting the link in your order confirmation email. When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your status update.
