What is your refund policy?

Refunds on products only if they are received damaged. You should contact us within 2 days of receipt of product. Do not open the package if it appears that contents have spilled. Simply write return to sender on the package and mail it back to us. We'll have a replacement sent to you in a timely manner.



Please select your products carefully. Once your orders have shipped there will be no refunds or returns if you feel you've ordered the wrong product. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once 24 hrs have passed.

There will be no refunds or replacements on products that are lost in shipping unless you have purchased insurance. Please see our shipping policies for details.
