ORDER PROCESSING
* Currently orders are processed within 5-7 business days (processing time does not include weekend days). There is usually a more up to date estimated turnaround time on the front page of our store.
* Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When Orders are shipped an email will automatically be sent to you. You can use this email to track your order. There is also a link in your order confirmation email that directs you to your order status page.
Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.
