Flaxseed
This is one of my Mom's favorite supplements. She puts a little in her cereal, oatmeal or shakes in the morning. Her hair grows exceptionally fast, a fact that is astonishing due to her age. Personally, I just prefer to take a pill so I just recently started taking Fish, flax and Borage oil. 12oo mg. I like the fact that I can take 1 table 3 x a day and I'm good to go. However, I rarely take the required amount. I usually end up taking only 1 pill a day. It's too soon for me to notice if I'm getting extra growth with it but I'm confident that I'm getting some benefit from taking it.
